Scholarships

The ALVIN ROTARY CLUB will award a total of 6 scholarships to seniors this year.

To apply for a scholarship, use the Alvin Independent School District website. Scholarship application pages will only be available online for a two to three week period in February.

1. CLYDE SHEPHERD $1,000; Top 10%, must have attended AISD junior and senior years, college of choice
2. BERYL CLINE $1,000; Top 10%, must have attended AISD junior and senior years, college of choice
3. ELMER DEZSO $1,000; Top 20%, must have attended AISD junior and senior years, attend ACC
4. NEAL NELSON MEMORIAL $1,000; Top 20%, must have attended AISD junior and senior years, financial need considered, attend ACC
5. DAVID & ROXANA BOUDREAU $1,000; Top 20%, Assets student, must have attended AISD junior and senior years, college of choice
6. KELLY & KATHY HAYES $1000, Top 20%, Assets student, must have attended AISD junior and senior years, college of choice.

*The Neal Nelson is funded through the Alvin Community College Foundation. 
Awards are announced at the Senior Awards Night Program.
